I'm laying here and lately I havn't been able to figure out what to say,
But I've been tryin' my hardest to look at everything like it's a new day,
I'm puttin' words together for no reason but to try and make some sense,
but these lyrics that I'm layin' isn't gonna make me any money, not even a couple of cents.
I've been wanting to stand on my own two feet and use my own two hands,
to make something of my life and make my family and friends understand,
that I love 'em so much much and if anyone tried to hurt 'em,
I'd punch and sacrifice a bunch for 'em to get free,
I hold the freakin' key,
my love has no freakin' fee,
